Are they free or paid?

Some are free lead magnets and some are paid. The free downloads page lists what costs nothing today.

Do e-books replace the courses?

No. E-books give you the concepts and reference material; courses give you the recorded workflow, the templates and the commercial packaging. Reading is cheaper; doing is what changes your output.
