Choosing your stack in three steps

  1. Name the outcome. “Publish four articles a month” or “cut two hours of admin a day” — not “use AI”.
  2. Pick the smallest stack that reaches it. Usually one assistant plus one specialist tool. Most people over-buy.
  3. Run it for two weeks before adding anything. If you cannot describe the time saved, the tool is not earning its subscription.

The honest starting point

Because AI vendors change plans, limits and prices constantly. A stale price is worse than no price — it misleads you and it damages trust in everything else on the page. We describe what each tool is good and bad at, and link you to the official site for current pricing.

How often are the guides updated?

We revise them as the tools change materially — which in this category is often. If you spot something out of date, message us on LINE and we will fix it.

Which tools should a complete beginner start with?
